Good while it lasted

I have since purchased a newer version of August DVB since the one I had of this type just stopped working. It was not being seen by the PC even after I had reinstalled it a number of times.

Inexpensive with stable basics

I installed this on Windows 10 with no problem. It's a pretty basic TV and the provided software is really no more than a basic TV (with one channel at a time). I couldn't get the remote to work, but it works fine on a second screen - so perfect in my workshop. The provided arial didn't give me more than a couple of channels so an external amplified one was needed in my case (buildings in the way).
All in all, cheap, cheerful and fine if - like me - you just want something to watch that doesn't need an Internet connection.Read full review
