Easy to follow workout that builds muscle (not too bulky for women though)

I've only really done the New Body workout (bought it on VHS in the 1990s - has been repackaged with Dance Aerobics, which is a different group, although still Australian). It's easy to follow but still physically challenging - over the years I've increased the weights I use from 1 pound (~500g) to 5lbs (3kg & 4kg for static toning). It's good that they show one of the team using an alternative to hand weights (soup cans) and I like the rapport between the instructors.Read full review
