Comes with spacers included to adapt to different derailleur brands.
Build quality appears fine though only time will tell how well the polymer wears with use, but ballraces should be a better option than the original oilite bushes.
There are no instructions as such just a small picture on the back of the box showing which spacers to use. This could be made more clear as I fitted two sets of type 'A' for Shimano (thinking the A type were for Shimano) only to realise later it needed a type 'A' and a type 'B'.
