Does not work
This product arrived with water in the lines (and it went all over my floor and me) along with MOLD. I chose not to make a big deal. I tried to use it anyways. The sprayers don't work. I used the upholstery attachment and it sucked up the water (I used a spray bottle) but its not in the tank. Can't wait to find out where it went (probably all over my floor.) Only 4 stars because I don't think it actually heats the water. I mix the solution with hot water and it doesn't get any hotter coming out of the machine. It actually seems cooler.
