You need more than basic DIY

It's quite messy to replace an ABS pump and you may need to take the wheel arch out or remove other parts for better access. Just make sure your fluid doesn't run empty so use some caps on the brake lines.
When replacing a whole unit, you must recode your VIN onto the ECU of the pump. Or you can disassemble these units and use the new pump with your old ECU that requires no coding.Read full review
