Favorable Ratio of Protein to Carbs, Taste Good Too
If you include protein bars as part of your nutrition regimen, I believe these are a decent mainstream option. In my limited research of perhaps 20 brands, these have what I consider an above-average mix of fat and protein grams versus carbs, given that many protein bars seem to be as much about delivering carbs as protein. However, if you avoid saturated fats, these aren't for you. Ideally I suppose we all should eat natural protein, but for quick fixes these are the best I could find.Read full review
