A neat and easy to use phone system

This quad (4 piece) system is ideal for a home where you need phones in several rooms. Its easy to set up and there was no problem putting a couple of handsets some distance from the master set (though you need to check this in the spec as clearly the distance has its limits). What I really like is the answerphone is controlled by switches on the master handset like in old-fashion answerphones - press to switch on and off and press the play switch to play messages - no messing with scrolling through tiny screens. BT1Z Quad phone set

It wasn't that easy to set up but is now working okay. When the phone rings and you pick up a handset, this doesn't answer the call, you still have to press the green button, unlike our previous BT phones. The handset bases are too light for the handsets and can slide around, toppling the handsets out of them quite easily. The bases of our previous BT set were weighted and better. Lightweight and easy to use

Bought for my elderly mother who needed access to a phone in every room of the house. Looking online quad packages were quite expensive at most retailers. Found these refurbished quad pack phones online at an excellent price. Arrived on scheduled delivery date well packaged. The phones themselves looked brand new and had all the relevant wired to connect and an instruction manual to aid me setting them up. Although the manufacturers instructions stated to allow battery to charge for 16 hours before using i did set up the date and time using the main phone straight away. A good 4 handset system with many useful features.

Bought off ebay from a reputable company selling refurbished items. A good quality 4 handset system with clear display and bigger buttons. Quite easy to set up and all handsets are automatically paired, the volume is good and when on loudspeaker is clear to listen to. Ansaphone is good and clear and setting up your own greeting is simple. Has many other useful features. The only thing I have not yet sorted is how to find a contact from the 200 phone book list other than by scrolling down one by one, Must read the manual in more detail. Good sound quality

Not very likely to use some of the call blocking features and don’t get many nuisance calls, but plenty of handsets to have around the house and has everything you need . Sound quality good .

Disappointed with a recommended phone

Easy to set up, facilities complicated to find. It would be OK for a normal shaped house but mine is long and the additional handsets won't work as they are too far away from the base.
