Clear calls and handy contacts sharing between handsets!
We have dealt with two handsets for some time and now I wish I had bought these sooner!
No more running to the phone as they are equidistant from each other, meaning we always now get to it before the answerphone kicks in.
One excellent feature I had not had on previous handset, although it seems common sense, was the realisation that I entered all the numbers into the main handset and went to repeat the task with the other two, only to find that they had already copied from the main handset! Such a relief as I previously had to do this manually if I wanted caller display to show the callers name. Now it comes up on all handsets when put into anyone.Read full review...

Solid product
Have to say we purchased this set of three handsets at a bargain price so that has a lot to do with the 5 star rating. That said, the handsets are solid and feel like they will give years of service. Within the menus are everything you want the handset to do, the answering machine can be accessed from the main base, or via the handsets so very useful.
Inputting the numbers into the phonebook updates each handset so only need to do that once, same with time and date. We also have a BT 7110 handset here and as up to 4 handsets can be connected to the 3960 base, we have done that too. Only comes with a basic set of instructions but a full set can be downloaded from the BT site. Cannot find anything to complain about so great product at a great price.Read full review...

Great to have three portable phones instead of one fixed unit. Now we don't miss calls when I'm in my workshop, or my wife is in her study. The answerphone is handy too and you can also make internal calls, from one unit from another. Good value for money
Very pleased with the phone, I bought the version with three hand sets, at last i dont have to jump out of bed to answer the phone in the kitchen and lounge.
Only one downside 50 phones number is not enough as my old Panasonic must have held 100 and now I've got to keep the others in my phone so I can look them up.
Not strictly a problem with the phone as clearly stated I adverts, just a lack of forsight in BT thinking that 50 was enough

I've never really understood why anyone would need to pay the £100's that you can on wireless phones. But by the same token I'd be wary of paying £30 which on account I'm writing this review having purchased a set for £30 sounds ironic.
All I needed the phones for was the in laws and my parents are still land-line type of people (though they each own mobiles) I can honestly say nobody else calls our land-line. My old BT set of 15 years had given up the ghost, so I took a punt on £30.
I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! The design is nice, looks good, great sound quality, great features (not that I will use them) and they were very simple to set up. I would honestly reccommend this model if looking for a budget set of phone's.Read full review...
