The phone system seems to be of good quality so far and the sound is clear (my hearing is failing slightly so it can be a problem). It was easy to set up the answer machine, phone book etc. The only criticism so far is that handset 1 seems a bit wobbly on the answer machine base so care needs to be taken when replacing it.Read full review

Hi, now that the phones have been improved this phone is so easy to use and set up, there is only one thing that could do with improving on and that is as it stand it is so easy to knock the phone of the base unit, I just fitted a small piece of plywood under the front end of the base unit and now it,s not getting knocked of the base unit. maybe BT could look at to me this design fault and alter the base unit to suit .But other wise this is the best phone i have used..Many Thanks JoeB..Read full review
