For a basic design it’s very good. I wanted to replicate the phones I was replacing and these aren’t quite so substantial but work well. The only thing they don’t have is the increased volume feature and I already had a nuisance call feature through my providers but it was easy to turn off. Nice & compact is the good point, not so good is that there is no light to show that the phone is actually working, doesn't sit in the cradle easily, it has been showing 5 new messages on the screen since we bought it, after setting date & time it doesn't appear on the screen expecting it to cancel out the 5 new messages still visible. I bought this pr,oduct to replace a very old similar syatem, by a different maker... It works really well and has a clear, readable screen.
My only regret is that I didn't choose a model with a loud speaker element.
