nice to look at but bad sound quality

the phones look lovely not too complicated to work
but not much choice in ring tones and the volume for incoming calls is really bad you can hardly hear

Considering this is a BT product I am very disappointed indeed.
The display isn't easy to read on the screen. There is an echo when you speak into them.
