Bought to replace old handsets which were showing signs of wear externally and electrically. It did this for my Mother In Law. When I went to check on the units the other day, one was very dirty and she had to explain this was ladies make up transferred from her face whilst using the handset ! A comfortable phone to use. It is fairly basic and simple to use.. Large well spaced buttons are good.
