Delighted with this buy.

I had researched and picked this product and was hoping to buy 2nd hand when I saw the refurbished/ damaged box option for less than some were going 2nd hand (with a warranty).

I ordered and it was brand new- never used. I cant understand what the damage or previous use was.

Expensive, average video quality, inaccurate temperature #notworth

The Alexa and Google Voice compatibility is a scam.
You can't view the camera from Alexa, all you can do is turn the music on or off which allows BT to place the Alexa and Google Voice stamp on the product which is not only useless but also misleading.

The temperature detection is unreliable, compared to our GroEgg2 and home thermostat the BT device overreads the temperature anything from 1-2.5 degrees celsius.

The image quality is also very average. The monitor is terrible quality and viewing it from the BT app is much better but still sub-par when you consider the price. Compared to another cheap web-enabled IP camera with SD card recording, full HD resolution and far superior night vision at less than a quarter of the price.

Unless you absolutely need the baby monitor there are much better options over this one.

Really happy with this. Managed to save a good £40 on the retail price just by buying a refurbished version. Arrived with all the packaging and looked brand new. Highly recommend :)

Faulty charge

Good evening
We purchased this three months ago for over £90 and have recently started using it for our baby who has since been born.
Unfortunately it turns out it is faulty.
We leave it on charge for 12 hours and shortly after it looses nearly w battery power so it is not fit for purpose.
I thought I’d contact you direct before going via eBay to resolve this.
