Don't be fooled by the promises of this tea!

1) the 'day' tea came with only 12 bags of tea instead of 14
2) there is not enough of each of the tea ingredients for it to be effective
3) half the bags were poorly sealed and split open - which is how you could tell exactly how little of everything there was inside
4) bought this tea with the specific aim of reducing water retention, plus the lemongrass in the 'day' tea seemed a great idea as who doesn't want to start the day without a headache, and since I've worked on a tea farm know these ingredients do actually help with those things - but as per point (2), nowhere near enough of the ingredients to do anything.Read full review

Fab love them.

The product is fab. The teas are lovely and the herbs are blended well. I've felt better and healthy and cut down my coffee in take. I've slept better to. Not worth the money

Not for weight loss

I purchased this to help with bloating. It definitely helped and did make a difference. No nasty side effects, although the night one did affect my sleep a little. Did not lose any weight at all.
