I naturally have curly hair so temperature control is important to me and the 20 heat settings I found to be perfect, in avoiding getting heat damage. I didn't need to go over my hair a lot, just one or two presses through and it glided so smoothly. I was impressed. I initially got this to replace my old BaByliss hair straightener which I had for 10 years and I was looking for something just as good, but here I've perhaps found something better. It's an amazing product for a quality price.

The condition described "new other" just meant that the box was a bit weary, so unless you need the box to be in perfect condition because you're buying it as a gift for someone else, it's nothing to mind about. Everything was in the box as if I physically went to buy it in the shops, all wrapped up inside.
