Excellent starter kit the train runs really smooth and has nice details unfortunately it does not have instructions on how to disassemble to put in the 6 Pin Decoder so if you're totally new like I am you have to contact Bachmann Read full review...

Let down by packaging

I just cannot work out why experienced supplies like Bachmann persist with packaging their trains in polystyrene. The train arrived damaged which I have repaired blatantly caused by usage of this material.

The train looks great even after repair but what a total letdown.
