Loved this game as a child!

My 5 1/2 year old loves it, Barbie directs which buttons to press to do certain actions, it has a riding tutorial before game play and Barbie reads the horses names a loud so parents don't have to! Great game! Do recommend if playing on a PS1 to use a tv with a smaller screen, the larger the screen the poorer the graphics only because the games were made for smaller screen, box televisions. Fun game, kind of short with bad graphics.

I love this game, I can play it over and over again. Although, it is very short, and I'm not even a very good gamer. But, it is a wonderful fun game, something I would reccomend to anyone. It doesn't have very good graphics, but I still like it. It is kind of like the game Barbie Riding Club, that I have on PC, but this has worst graphics. Good for 4-6 year old, slow for ages above.

Definitely a cute game. I would say it is more at the speed of my 4 year old daughter than my 8 year old daughter. It gets a little slow in between riding and playing the games. Some of the games are quite challenging which is great. There is a nice variety of riding trails, and taking care of your horse is sweet (tack, bathing, feeding).Read full review...

Great game for girls who love horses!

I bought this game for my girls who love horses. Most of the games that we had for our Playstation 1 were more for boys, so they wanted something that they would like. This is a really fun game for any age, girls or boys.

Barbie Race & Ride Playstation game

Great fun! lots to do, lots of trails and very exciting, especially for those girls who love horses. girls can even groom and care for the horses and pick out riding outfits. Highly recommend.
