Recipies set out with clear list of ingredients and simple instructions. Not found any typo mistakes in any of her books which is a refreshing change.
Yes measurements are in cups, so get yourself a set and away you go, so easy. Ok so being American you just have to look up the name changes for some ingredients. NOT difficult !
I have well over 300 cookery books and have 3 of hers, but looking to get them all over time as they come up.
Lovely photos accompany the recipes, only a few of her with family and friends. Nice section on dinner menus for different occasions.
