Used this solution for my hard GP lenses for years. Easy one solution regime - cleans, removes protein, stores. Simply soak lenses overnight, then rub and rinse in the morning. My optician never has any comments about cleanliness of my lenses, so very happy. Read full review

between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.and leave them out for about 30 to 60 minutes and then put them back in until I go to bed.
