THEY DO WORK!!

Seriously, people who say they don’t work obviously haven’t obtained ketosis. The colour changes after 3 days of ketosis and you have to be dedicated to getting to this point. For diabetic keto acidosis then they are a good measurement of ketones in the blood when you’ve tan high blood sugar for too long as well. These are a prescribed item so well worth getting if you need to check your levels and aren’t into finger pricking.
