It does what it says on the box, works great with my Rokit 8's. I am going to upgrade to its big brother soon just because I need the inputs as I rebuild my studio.

Behringer 202 HD 2 x 2 Audio Interface

True plug and play works with Linux Ubuntu, no drivers no issues, just like the UM2 but with full stereo.

Just Like the UM2,this worked on Linux Ubuntu 'Bionic Beaver' (18.04) straight out of the box. No drivers needed, works fine with Audacity. he only issue, which is Linux orientated, is the lack of live monitoring using the internal sound drivers. That said, it would probably highlight any latency and could be an annoyance rather than an asset. I would still like to be able to do that though. This is intended to work with my old analogue Yamaha/Tape deck which I have yet to do but with having provided a couple of inputs, tried with good quality Sennheiser and Akai microphones, have no struggle in recommending this box.Read full review

Quality Bit Of Kit

I was not sure how this would turn out as there are some much more expensive ones out there but I am really impressed with Behringer. The sound quality is incredible. I just needed to bridge the gab between my instruments and my laptop and this does everything I need. I use it to record vocals, drums, bass, guitar and keyboard using Studio One and it works fine. My lap top is a 1 year old Dell Inspiron around the £600 i5 Intel processor and 8 ram. Good enough for home recording. Really happy with it.Read full review
