Surprisingly good

I bought this because I was in bind and needed at least 1000 watts per channel @ 8ohm even though I was skeptical I gave it a try and I figured if it at least got me through the gig it was worth the money. Long story short this thing slammed my subs for 12 hours straight on Mardi Gras day doing 2 live bands 3 hours each and 2 dj sets 3 hours each never ran hot never acted up it is alot of bang for the buck no doubt and I'm going to keep it and see how it performs long term.Read full review

Amplifier quality

I have been purchasing various named power amplifiers, to find that the presented watts is the sum, but not the final output. This class D amplifier seems to give the highest percent of output. Class A/B/ C amplifiers burn most of their power up in the stages, so a 6,000 watt amplifier may put out in it's final stages 250 watts. This amplifier uses less power in it's stages, leaving a larger output. I purchased a second one from from another provider, since this company sold out.

Lots of kick at a great price!

This is the fourth power amp I've used for my P.A., and it's the least expensive. It's also the most powerful and best sounding of anything I've tried. I couldn't be happier. I didn't realize how much punch my speakers could put out when paired with a better amp. This has been the auditory equivalent of moving from standard definition tv to HDTV.Read full review

Excellent Power amp

This Amp is amazingly powerful only weights about 12lbs, I ran 2 EV subs MTL4 with 4×18" in them running at 2ohms, this Amp is crazy loud and runs cool all night long.
