Great looking, looks expensive but is cheap, noisy... I would buy again but you would really only use the fan when you have burnt something.

Looks OK, sounds like an aeroplane - this is no Miele.

This looks nice from a distance, though up close construction is just OK at the price.

Installation was challenging in an old cottage with beams, but the wires thread through the holes/clamps neatly and it's easy to set the height & level it up when the bracket has been fixed in place. The wires are 'illegal' in red, yellow and green (not brown, blue, yellow/green) and came with labels on to indicate L, N & PE. Not suitable for a novice electrician, and I checked out continuity with a multimeter before connecting, just to be sure.

In use, this is a lot louder than one would expect. The lowest setting is as loud as a typical hood at max, while setting 3 makes talking difficult. It draws air through OK on settings 2 and 3, but setting 1 isn't really powerful enough to do much.

It's a good talking point - why have we suspended a white dustbin over our hob? ;-)Read full review

Looks good in place

The product looks super modern and goes well with our kitchen lighting. It is very noisy though and does sound like a jet on full power however works well for us on f1

It is very good but on high setting it us very noisy, scares my 2yr old, would recommend for the price it looks great and does the job, would give it 5/5 if it was a bit quieter
