The book is beautifully done, and directions and ingredient lists very clear. I bought it to see if I could find healthy breads that a diabetic could eat. I chose to do that BEFORE purchasing a bread machine. Finding endless healthy ideas in the book, I have now purchased a bread machine.Read full review
