Better You Magnesium Oil Spray
I have been using this spray throughout this year and i find it helps with my M.E. and Fibromyalgia pain in my shoulders and neck. I also use it on my lower back, knees and when i need to on my ankles.
It sinks into the joints easily and for me it works immediately. I recommend this product and after a couple of months without it i'm happy to report my pain has subsided since using it again.Read full review...

At first o wasn't sure of it would work however I read the instruction and applied to wet skin and I have to say that I had a great night sleep. This Magnesium oil is just a pure miracle for aleviating pain. After reading the reviews I thought i'd give it a try. Believe me, it works. It's a bit of a faff, I rub it in painful areas, after a shower in the morning and then before bed. But faff is better than pain!! I would thoroughly recommend it. I dont believe it!
I suffer with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and experience joint and muscle pain regularly and was advised to take magnesium supplements. I did try the tablets but I didn't seem to absorb them well enough. Then I was recommended the oil as it is put directly on the skin so doesn't go via the stomach and it worked instantly!
It takes a couple of days to go pain free but it dulled it almost immediately from first use. I cant recommend this product enough - have even recommended it to my 70yr old mum and she swears by it.
Word of caution it can sting a little on first use but it will go and if you have a cut in will sting quite a bit! But, I still think it is worth it. Ways to apply I would suggest spraying into the palm of your hand and then administering to the area required. Rub in till its nearly all gone.

Purchased this Magnesium oil to see if it would give me some relief from painful hip joints after being told about it by a relative who said it worked for her. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I'm not convinced it provides much relief for me but I'll continue using it until the bottle's empty to see if it needs more time. It does apply well directly from the spray nozzle and rubs in easily and sometimes there is a slight "heating" sensation at the applied area. Delivery was fast and the price was very reasonable so I'm not complaining on that score. Like many things in life, what works for some is not effective for others.
