We love the binatone phone with caller display,we have always had this make of phone.Never have a problem with it.With the caller display you can see if it`s a cold caller or not.Ideal.

The only problem with this telephone is that it took me two days to work out how to open the battery compartment. The positive thing is that the company's customer help desk was helpful and I eventually managed to do it. This aspect of the phone is therefore very badly designed in my view. Not for the hard of hearing (NOT deaf)

This phone operates perfectly well but alas on this particular phone the volume control does not seem adequate. Both my wife and I have slight hearing problems
