Bit slow

Compared with modern technology this is slow and old-fashioned.
You'd have thought that one- or two-touch speed dialling would be a given - not so. You have to mess about going through menus to access speed dials, which would be bad enough but the phone is so slow to respond to scrolling it's infuriating.
