I have used Biofreeze before and find it a great relief for back and shoulder pain. It was recommended by my Physiotherapist.

Bought this for my 83yr old Mother who suffers from pain in her arms when the pain and stiffness starts she cannot lift her arms up however using the spray helps relieve the pain. With it being in a pump this is hard for her to use herself would have been better if this was in an aerosol spray and its a shame you are unable to get this on prescription as my Mother worked up to being 65yrs and never claimed any benefits. At first this didn't feel that cold, but a gentle cooling sensation could be felt after a few minutes.
For best results, apply after drying affected area after a shower, you'll be amazed at the effect!
