Just be prepared to know this might be the worst thing you have ever tasted. Until now I thought goldenseal powder was the worst-it's so very bitter. My yes recommendation is only because it is less expensive than the capsules. I drop it on my tongue and immediately eat some food. At least the taste doesn't linger to long like if you get a drop on something the smell is around for awhile. I understand the bottle needs to be kept from light. I haven't taken it long enough to know if it is helping to strengthen my bones or help my joints. I gave it 3 stars because of the taste and not knowing yet about how effective it is.Read full review...
