I recently refinished a Savage factory stock for my model 110, after sanding down to 400 grit I used the walnut stain, once dry I started putting on the TruOil and was amazed how well it worked and how quickly it dried. I had the stock hanging in front of our pellet stove and it dried in a few hours. After four coats the stock was so beautiful and shinny I thought it might scare the deer away. I then applied the stock sheen and conditioner which was a great finish and really did as it says and gave it a great smooth sheen. Love the product.Read full review
