Good BB Transition phone
Z10 is BB's decent attempt to transition to an iPhone type cellular and does a decent job. Some functions take a while to get thru before the final page where you can do adjust the setting.

NOT RECOMMENDED! TEXTING PROBLEM!
This phone will not receive text messaging consistantly! I had my phone activated and texting worked fine, but after a couple hours it quit receiving texts. I did the recommended resets with no change. I tried it the next morning after powering it off for the night and it still wouldn't work. I went to Verizon for help and for some odd reason it started working fine until I got home. It quit again. I decided to take it to a Verizon corporate store in another city. I was informed it had the wrong SIM and a setting was wrong. They made the corrections and it worked flawlessly until the next morning. It quit receiving texts again, I went back to the corporate store and it was determined that there was some kind of flaw in the Operating System. I really loved the quality, feel and looks of this phone, but I had no choice but to replace it with a MOTO E4. I've been very disappointed. Blackberry Z10
I love this cellphone. It's better than I'd hoped. It's a nice size. Excellent grip back. Has an excellent speakerphone with quality and loudness on both ends of a conversation. Texting is awesome on this. Phone is easily updated. Comes with a flashlight app, weather, maps etc... Interesting operating system that is a pleasure to use and a bit different from others. The Z10's is a good for light daily use. The battery will last all day and more IF you are a light data user which means few heavy draw apps. It has everything you need for Blackberry services. A little misleading
Purchased this phone as a temporary replacement for a broken phone. Specifically needed a Verizon, non-prepaid phone to use on the network while the other phone was being repaired. Unfortunately, Verizon no longer uses this phone.
That being said, I can not rate the phone itself. I ended up giving it to my 5 year old.
However, i received the item in a very timely manor, and it did appear to function appropriately while doing a few things over wifi.Read full review

Good no thrills phone if not needing 4G LTE
Do not expect 4G LTE connectivity on this phone if it is the STL100-4 model and not used on the Verizon network.
Verizon uses their own LTE band that is not compatible with T-Mobile or AT&T.
That said, this phone works fine if all you need is 3G EDGE connectivity and it is value priced.Read full review
