bought for son as an xmas present, however after minimal usage and one blackberry app download it froze! nothing could get the phone working again, took to local mobile repairers to see if was a simple re-boot needed, was a software issue that is apparently common with this model and numerous units have had to be returned for same problem. Colleagues with the phone have also experience intermittent freezing on usage confiming that this would not be as good a buy as you may be led to believe!Read full review...

Generally a good phone.

Had a BB 8520 which was second hand and gave up the ghost. This newer model is much better and easier to use in many ways, but the battery life still lets it down.
