An excellent product which works really well. I had a seized and severely rounded and chewed up oil drain plug on an old Mercedes. I tried loads of other methods to remove it, but couldn't even get it to budge slightly . When I tapped the extractor stud on ( 13mm in this case), the nut came off with ease, with a very tight grip on the nut at all times. The extractor tool has not deteriorated in any way and is still as good as new, so can be re used. This is an excellent set of tools which I would recommend you get if you have a seized nut or similar problem. Don't waste your money on more expensive products as this works very well.Read full review

Worked a treat to remove rounded off bolt

A bolt holding a brake calipers on my Landrover has rounded off.I tried hammering a 12 point socket the next size down on it, no use! I thought of welding a nut to it but the space was tight so I kept that option as last resort. I purchased this kit, hammered the appropriate sized remover on, applied my breaker bar and it was undone instantly!!!! Brilliant job!!!

Great to move that Security Bolt when the Socket is Lost

Removed old rusty bolt with no issues. Only thing I would mention is that the socket slipped when using a wrench, however worked perfect with impact gun. No damage on socket after use, good quality steel. Read full review

Very well made set of equipment.

I previously bought a expensive version of this and I was not impressed. When I saw this one for sale on Ebay, I decided to give it a try. Well I would have to say that this set of ten, worked 10 times better than the more expensive one I bought and I would 100% recommend it.

Awesome tool for the collection, a must for DIY Mechanics...

Removed a rounded, overheated and very stuck exhaust manifold bolt! Perfect range of sizes to cover a range of bolt sizes. Hammered it on, used a breaker bar and sorted in seconds. The handy hardened pole inside helped to get the bolt out of the socket once complete. Socket looked like new, bolt scarred but reusable is needs be! Perfect job!Read full review

not expensive but worked well.

Used item to remove locking wheel studs from Peugeot 207 with lost key, not the right tool for these studs and I had to smash of the outer ring of the stud which moves and just goes round and round when you try to remove them without the proper key , with the outer ring broken off this tool was hammered on to the remains of the stud and out came the stud , not an easy job by any means but the tool worked fine would recommend it without a doubt.Read full review

Brilliant tool.

These sockets simply work. I used on on a rounded off sump plug that was way too tight. I had my longest breaker bar on it and was pulling as hard as I could. The socket still didn’t slip and eventually loosened the plug.

Sump bolt removed

Managed to round off head on a sump bolt on Volvo XC90 couldn't remove it made a dogs dinner of the bolt with mole grips kept slipping two days later arrives magic set removes 17 inch bolt within 5 minutes with a little brut force life saver could of ended up damaging aluminium pan at cost of £500Read full review
