It has some static issues, but resolve quickly when readjusted. It does cut out voices at any time and needs to be reset to hear sound on my iPhone. A world changer for me!

I can't say enough good things about being able to hear better because of the bluetooth capabilities of my Phonak Hearing aids with the use of the loop that I purchased. The loop serves as an antanna for my Phonak ComPilot making it possible to have sound go directly into my hearing aids from my computer, TV, Kindle and my smart phone. Absolute necessity!

It's a cord. What can I say? But it got here much quicker than I first thought. I appreciated that because without it, the blue tooth to my hearing aids would not work! In fact, it broke when the Costco hearing aid dept was closed and I would have had to wait the weekend to go back to Costco and then THEY would have had to order the part so buying it on line was great! Expensive wire

This is a very expensive piece of ordinary wire with unique fittings at each end. The markup on these things is outrageous. The insulation on this particular one is not as flexible as the original wire that came with the ComPilot, but it gets the job done.Read full review
