Good as a plant nanny!

these do come in handy to give your plants some hydration, but it is trial and error as to how much water they transport to your plant. I would use them if I need to be away. I would like to try the larger size to compare with the regular size. As of now, I have two in a round 14" shallow bowl for succulents. It is just enough to keep them alive. I do believe it also makes a difference to what types of soil you use them with. I also use their ceramic cones that adapt to bottles. I am liking those better because the gravity of the water ensures there is a decent amount of water going into large pots. Again, it makes a difference as to the type of soil. Doesn't fully deliver

They do draw water into the planter but not at a fast enough rate to keep the plant watered. I still end up adding water about every day. Probably should just go with the regular not the Jr.

Great for your thirsty plant

I use these for those plants that dry out too quickly, as well as for vacation watering. It has prevented many tiny plants from drying out due to smaller pots.
