As a low carb person, I've used Bob's Red Mill Golden Flaxmeal for many years in baked foods, pancakes etc. Golden flaxmeal is much more flavorful than the brown. Excellent quality. Best to keep opened package in the freezer Ali it doesn't get rancid.Read full review

Terrable taste!

I suspect that the flax meal tastes exactly like flax meal. Unfortunately I think the flax seed meal taste is really bad. I'm not even sure I'd recommend it for hog feed.
