L- Glutamine is an underrated essential supplement.
I started taking this supplement to aid my workout performances and found that it also helps my gut micro-biome as I suffer from IBS. I prefer BW's powder form to the pills because it's 100% pure with no additives, unlike pills. Such an underrated essential supplement that has so many health benefits. I recommend starting at a low dose to test and increasing gradually if you don't have any problems. I have been taking L- Glutamine for years without any issues.
