odd parts for odd motors

Would you recommend it? no i would not; my friends think i'm weired and wired as it is. Goodness knows, how they'd feel if i suddenly stated recomending odd parts for odd motors.
Is it good value? seems to be £20 odd quid for somthing to keep you trucking alright by me.
Is it good quality? Seems ok. the last one but one lasted 10,000 miles i expect they would last longe if i knocked the old shells out, but removing them would be ten hours of hastle, but even on the old ones 10.000 miles for 25 quid seems reasnable
