It is worth reading.
I Thoroughly enjoyed reading going to come home, beginning a lot of thoughtful information how they lived in in those years when blacks and whites are not allowed to mingle nor were they allowed to marry. Also it was a crime Jens born a crime. The book was a book club choice for us to read in fact tonight is bookclub night and we’re going to be discussing born a crime .Eye-opener to thank you for writing this bookRead full review

A fansinating book of Trevor Noah's youth.
The growing up years of Trevor Noah is fascinating to read. Per popular demand he made a cleaner language version of this book so parents could let their kids read the book.
I belong to two different book clubs. Both of them picked this book for Fall. I'll be reading it again happily.Read full review

Everyone should read this book!!!
A very unique book by someone who lived it. I learned a lot about South Africa during the time of apartheid. You think being a teenager in America is tough, you should have had to deal with the rules that came with apartheid. Even if you have an idea about what went on, the stories in this book make it very personal and real. Part of the story is so very heartbreaking and part is extremely funny. I think this should be must reading for all high school students.Read full review

Impressively Funny!!!🤪😄😆😆
Funniest book EVER!!!!! Love me some Trevor (said with me South African accent)! He's so funny that I was told disappointed to get to he very last period on the very last page. I gave it to the nurse at my Dr.'s office, since she said she misses good books.
I would have preferred for there to have been more chronological order to the book, but whatever! It still made people wonder about me in public when I'd scream out laughing and even tap my toes up and down it was so hilarious.Read full review
Engaging and moving
This is a wonderful book about Trevor Noah's childhood in South Africa and the
years following. Noah tells his story with humor and pathos. I highly recommend this book.
Simply Genius!
It's written from the Eye of Trevor who has a very vivid memory of his childhood who has his Grandmother's power of memory. Genetics plays a very big part of his story and he tells it well. Haven't read book in it's entirety yet...but, there's nothing bad about this book!Read full review

An excellent biography
I knew little about Trevor Noah other than him being a talk show host. Born a Crime is a good history of Noah’s early life. At times this book is funny and sometimes sad but very well written

Trevor Noah was literally born a Crime.
My book came quickly and was a very good read. It was humorous and compelling. I gained a much clearer understanding of the cruelty and absurdity of Apartheid.
