Has been by far the quickest I have ever ironed with this iron compared to many other ones some if it you have to program for working but I just leave this thing on auto and boy does it work I'm in and out that kitchen faster than have ever been I spend roughly about 5 mins using a normal iron were as this being the iron it is 2 mins or less very rapid response from the Bosch product well worth the buying makes noises when you start ironing and flashing lights on the dials letting you know what program your in and when it's steaming ect if you need an iron in fact think I'm gonna buy another as a gift for someone it's that good anyway folks if you have or thinking if buying one of these it's a time saver Have a Merry Christmas All. 2017Read full review

Brilliant steam "intelligent" iron

Having for last 5 years ROWENTA precession steam with external steam generator, I doubt to compromise my new iron to internal steam generator thinking as an engineer that steam pressure could not be sufficient.. What a surprise! This motorised internal steam generator and the iron intelligence exceeded my imagination about the product. Deciding to buy you will have to compromise more water refeels during ironing which is obvious in comparison to the iron with external steam generator, and the fact that the Bosch is not lightweight but having it more heavy I consider as an advantage. Will have to wait only if will exceed my past "Mercedes class" old ROWENTA life span. Having family of 4 I learnt that no longer have to use heavy and bulky irons with external steam generators.Read full review

Iam a curtain maker and have had loads of irons but this just knocks them into a cocked hat. It’s heavy but you get used to that but the steam and the sole plate are just perfect.
