Clever, high quality sound, lightweight!

It has many "clever" features, very good sound quality and is small enough to fit anywhere in the house.

Audio lag and no ability to sync with other speakers

Good sound but when paired with other speakers it had a lag in the sound and no option to synchronize them. That made it worthless to me. If you only need one speaker, it is a great item. But as a speaker in a pair, it is no good.Read full review...

Discontinued so get one while they last.

Love my Soundtouch system. Very sad Bose is discontinuing so I bought more. Wish I had known so I could get a 20 or 30 brand new.

Great sound; mediocre navigation

Sound: Excellent. Plenty of bass, which can be reduced to taste. I listen to symphonic music as well as jazz pop and acoustic; the Soundtouch has the full sound needed so an entire orchestra sounds rich, not mushy. Smaller ensembles (jazz, chamber music) also produce vivied sound.

App: Great for streaming radio stations, podcasts and streaming services like Spotify. Less great if you have an extensive home library, which depends on your home network, and whether your Internet provider is consistently dependable (no throttling or mini-interruptions). No folder view for that either, which for a collection that is not song-based, such as classical or jazz, makes it hard to browse or pick what you want.

Bose Sound 50 percent off

Typical Bose sound. Always very good. This speaker connects to everything I own including my Wifi. I recently purchsed a brand new one for 50 percent off. It's a dated device but still future proofed. Great deal for a 100 bucksRead full review...

Bose Soundtouch 10

I am very impressed with this system. I have several other Bose products and really like the sound that is produced from their systems. What I really like is that you can connect up to 4 of any SoundTouch product via WiFi and play the same music. I like this because I may be moving around in different rooms and can still hear the music. I don't need to turn it up in room to hear throughout the house.
The sound quality from these small devices sound bigger than they are; which is nice, because they do not take a lot of room. You can also mount these speakers; the mounts are not included.
I am looking to add a Soundtouch 20 for a bigger room and still have the 10s connected in the other smaller rooms

Great Value

Sound, fidelity and bass are Bose-standard (above average, near awesome)

Sometimes, the speaker cannot be detected with the app at the first attempt (or, if you walk away from the network and then come back) which can be frustrating but well, that’s how technology is.

Premium feel on most of components, I wish the speaker cover was steel mesh to ease cleaning as the usual speaker cloth easily accumulates dust.

Overall, a great gadget. Considering all the features, quality and price, this is your best option if compared to competitors (I paid US$100 for mine on a Black Friday deal, similar options where selling for US$200+)

Big Sound in a Small(ish) Package

I've been using Bose Soundtouch products for years to play music through the house through wifi. Soundtouch does a good job of this, and is comparable to Sonos sound systems. I have a 10 in the dining room, a 10 in the kitchen, and a 30 (bigger, more bass) in the living room, which adequately fills my living/community areas. Good quality sound in a small-ish package. And I've never had a performance/maintenance related issue in over five years.

The only downside is that Bose no longer produces Soundtouch products (I'm sure they're replaced the line with another wifi-enabled sound system line).

So for as long as you can still get the Soundtouch speakers, they are still worth having. And software updates keep coming out for them - so they're supported.

Small speaker with a lot of bass

I generally do not like bose due to excessive base and this is no exception, but once you tone down the base it has exceptional sound. Carries the mids and lows like most mid-high level speakers. It has to be plugged in for power at all times. Connection has no problems or glitches in connectivity which is commonly mentioned in reviews. Overall worth the money, screen will be better but do not want to pay double just for a screen, speakers drivers are the same for later modelsRead full review...

Good speaker

We have had a Boise Wave system for years and it produces great sound. This speaker is no different and produces great sound. What I didn't expect is that it Windows 10 doesn't have the ability of using the WIFI connection to play sound from YouTube video or any CD or other sources of video through Netflix or Amazon. You must install a external cable to the AUX port on the back of the speak.Read full review...

Great Bargain

I have 4 of these ST10 Bose speakers situated throughout the house. The fact that they can connect to Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth makes them unique. Wi-Fi has a much stronger & longer reaching signal. I bought this (5th) speaker so that I can sit outside in the back yard. With Wi-Fi I can do so without any signal drop-offs
The Bose Soundtouch software provides management of the speakers. They can be set to all play the same music or play independently. You can receive Amazon Music, Deezer, iHeartRadio, Pandora, Spotify, Sirius as well as your local music library or a music library on a NAS.
At 99.00, this was a great bargain
