Worth a chance

Took a chance in this knowing it was an older model, used and had problems with the CD player. The box came very damaged but The Bose Wave works great! Even the cd player works well.

Great radio.

I like the fact that for it's size it has great sound and the fact it has a cd player. Also like having the controls on top so you don't have to use a remote control like the new Bose that require a remote control to use the radio and cd player ( cutting corners ) to save a few dollars is not worth it. The only problem I do not like is that it has a automatic dimmer for it's display so at night the light dims too low to read. During the day it is fine and I wish it stayed the same for both day and night. They claim you can adjust the brightness by using the clock button and volume buttons but it does not work since the awrc Bose does not have a clock button.Read full review
