Great sound!!! Intuitive when setting up software. I had it going within 30 minutes, but had a glitch when getting it going the next day. I got in touch with Bose support and they were able to find the problem right away. The SoundTouch App on my iPhone was not working because my computer was on sleep mode. The idea is good but the volume is abysmal.

The sound volume control goes from 10 to 100 and you only begin to hear anything in a normal sized room at about a 40 setting. And a 40 setting means being just being able to hear it and easily have conversation with other people in the room. I have it in my living room which is about 22’ x 22’ in size. Bose asked me to return it for an exchange fearing something was wrong with the unit. I’ll follow up after I exchange it.Read full review
