Fantastic Looper

The looper arrived as described. It was like brand new. I’m still learning how to use it so I don’t have much to say on that. I am using it as a drum machine for now. There are countless ways this looper can be used. I look forward to discovering all of them.Read full review...

Great as a live recording interface.

Paid a little extra for the Boss L2 case (plus the conversion currency from USD to AUD) but it was worth it. Lots more features than the RC-50 and a great recording interface to make my own backing tracks using a customised Roland TD-11 KVX, GR30 guitar synth, Boss GT 100 effects processor and Vox V848 Clyde McCoy wah pedal and mixing it all using audacity. The rasta down under 'gwaan chant down Babylon with reggae music mi seh! Yes I!'Read full review...

Good for solo/duo live performance

I perform in an acoustic guitar and electronic drum duo.
The Boss RC300 allows us to utilize loops in our show.
I loop simple single (sometimes dual) channel rhythm patterns and
then play leads over them at the appropriate times.
I use the simple drum/rhythm pattern as a click track. I take
the rhythm from the sub output, route it to monitor only while guitar
goes to the main. Drummer and I have a "click" track in the monitors and
everything else goes to the front of the house.
I have just begun to use this tool. The Rhythm/BPM/Quantitizing/count-in options make it easy
to integrate in a live situation. It would also work for solo live performance just by routing drums through the from of the house. I have owned other loopers without the above options and never been able to effectively utilize them.

Best Looper Hands Down !

The RC300 is a joy to work with. Much more versatile than my old RC20 and tons more memory. This unit is the perfect solution for guitarists in 3-piece situations or any "single guitarist" bands where extra coverage is needed every once in a while. Highly recommend getting a Boss FS-6 switch with this looper if you're using it live. The switch will allow you to move up and down the recorded phrases without having to bend down to manually switch to another phrase. Get product !!!Read full review...

Great looper

This looper has tons of features and plenty of space to create loops. It also comes with percussion patterns but I haven't used those. But the three tracks and tempo sync are fantastic and make creating loops much easier than with my old looper.Read full review...

The End all - be all of loopers

Excellent looper that gives you the ability to expand your rig with stereo outputs and multiple inputs for instrument/mic. Individual volume for every track and you can assign functions to every button, expression pedal, or optional external footswitches. Fairly easy to understand. Not overly complicated. Great sound!Read full review...

Fantastic machine; minor firmware issues

The RC 300 always a solo artist to enhance their performance by pre-recording background to go along with the live performance. The Single Track mode is the best - it always you to create songs in verse, chorus, bridge format i.e. where the progressions differ. Not cheap - but worth it if you can afford. And the firmware issues - you discover as you go - they are annoying but there are workarounds.Read full review...

Looper does almost everything for an instrumentalist

The Boss RC300 is versatile in ways that other loopers can't match. The tracking, the effects, the modeling are great features that the RC300 has. Highly recommended

I bought it at GC but the review is about the product.

Just scratching the surface on the many features. It really is capable of a lot. It sounds great.
