A Very Clever Portable Braun Shaver
Braun has thought long and hard to create this superb portable shaver. The M-60B has that 21st-century feel about it when you consider its stylish design and innovative functionality. The foil-cutter is protected by a swivel-guard, so there's no danger of losing any protective cap. A neat little cleaning-brush is provided, which slides into the base of the shaver. Two Duracell AA batteries are provided (the shaver is battery powered only). Braun's foil-cutting technology affords a close shave, and the shaver may be cleaned using running water. A further selling point for this very clever Braun product is its price: a bargain for what it can do.Read full review

Quite simply - poor. Very poor.
I don't usually do reviews but for a "name" brand this was very disappointing. Looks good and feels good in the hand but just doesn't do the job. Tried it on a weeks growth, 3 days growth and then first thing in the morning and it had no discernable effect. Waste of money - I'll have to try some other brand and hope for something much better.Read full review

Braun battery operated shaver
I have been using this type of Braun shaver for many, many years. OK having replaced several with new ones, and find that it gives a close shave, handy to use and great for holiday usage. For the price, it in my opinion, would be very difficult to better, and the price of a new unit is about the same as that for a new shaving head (which apparently are not available for this model) for other electric shavers.Read full review

Although this is a cheap little razor, it is good quality and works surprisingly well. I bought it mainly to shave my head in this hot weather, and it does the job. Best for Me
Replaces a 10 year old battery shaver when its foil broke and no spares were available.
This Braun shaver is a delight to use being smaller, and handier. I find It gives a good shave with a light touch and is quicker too.
The swivel cover that protects the foil is most convient.

Great Value
I have owned a number of these Braun travel shavers. Although basic they give a close shave and run for a reasonable period on rechargeable batteries as well as conventional alkaline AA batteries. The only reservation I have is that the foils are not very durable and only last a few years. Since the new foils cost almost as much as the entire shaver they are seldom worth replacing.Read full review

WHAT A SURPRISE
I ordered this little shaver just for smartening up in the afternoon and would you believe it I'm using it as a main shaver it's so good, how can anyone produce a shaver with this quality plus it doe's a great job and on top of that a great price.
I must say I'm anti foil shavers ever since I bought a Panasonic foil shaver and that was quite expensive but sadly rubbish and so I was very sceptical with the Braun but I didn't need to be as this product doe's the job very well and all for thirteen pounds something delivered it's the buy of the century.
To sum up if you need a good shaver for smartening up yourself then get this before it increases in price, I wonder if they do an electric one the same.Read full review
