Top shaver with many features
Replaced my previous shaver which stopped working, this is a massive upgrade on that one. It has 5 trimming heads, my old shaver had just one, this is superb.

I am replacing like for like ny 20plus year old razor. Exectly the same model is still in production. I have never had a problem with the old one but expect the rechargable batteries to be past theit best at twenty plus years old. I used it everyday in that period. Good shaver for tackling short beard growth
Shaver bought to replace identical model which became blunt after two years use. The cost of a replacement foil cassette would have been close to the price of a brand new shaver, so I opted for a new unit. It's a pity really as the body of the shaver is working fine and the battery still holds its charge very well.
The shaving performance is good although the lack of a pop-up trimmer does mean that long hairs still need to be tackled with a different approach (scissors or a wet razor).Read full review...

Braun rechargable electric shaver exceeds my expectations!
This is the 4th Braun Shaver I've owned but the first I bought on line at a remarkably lower price than retail. Quality of materials is, as always, superior. It's okay
It does what it says. It's not as quick a shave as my with Remington, takes quite a bit longer but it's quieter and eventually does get there. It's very comfortable to hold, though and it does get to the parts of your face that are reach more easily thanks to the multi floating heads. Using it with shaving gel is more comfortable than using dry but using it with oil doesn't seem to aid smoothness at all. Good shaver all the same and well worth the price. Does exactly what it's supposed to do to a very high standard and at a reasonable price.
This razor omits all the things I don't need, like a whisker-trimmer, a leather pouch that gathers dust in my cupboard, and various tricky little brushes. Good to be back with Braun
I had been using Braun shavers for nearly 50 years and 4 years ago I decided to try the Philips rotary shaver. Whilst this provided an acceptable shave, I felt that the result was not smooth enough, so returned to Braun with the purchase of the series 3. This has been the best move I have made for a long time, back to the smoothest shave ever, and in only half the time it took with the rotary shaver. Another reason is the price for the series 3 is less than the cost of a new rotary head for the Philips.! I am in a win win situation, with a razor which is fit for purpose and excellent value for money. The only comment is that the battery life between charges should be at least twice as long, as it used to be with previous models, but must assume that the less battery life is probably why the time between charges can be shorter, and less costly to manufacture?Read full review...
