One cup is way quicker than a kettle
This machine was got as a replacement for another exact same machine that had had a long busy life, making more than 20 cups a day for 3 years till we had a power cut as it was making a cup of water, it didn't survive.... We tried a kettle for a week or so but waiting for 3 and a half minutes seems like an eternity after only waiting 20 to 30 seconds for a cup, saw this and jumped on it, I may even buy another as a spare.Read full review...

Ease of use has made a considerable difference to me as a disabled person. I have been able to situate it near the sink and have re-organise my kitchen items - tea bags, mugs etc around this.
The speed of the boil mean that I have to spend less time on my feet. I fill the reservoir with a jug and that works really well. So, all in all, this means I get a lovely hot cuppa when I need one.Read full review...

Great way to make a cuppa
Nice and easy to use but wouldn't be suitable for making more than 2 or3 cups at a time but great for 1-2cups. It heats only enough for one then has to be re heated for each subsequent one hence ideal for 'low' use.
I live on my own so will be a saving!
Resevoir holds around 4-5cups worth before refills.
Might be worth mentioning that you cant control the amount that it dispenses each time,250ml, so if using a small mug or cup it will spill over. Best to check first!Read full review...

The only problem l have is that you have to use a jug of water to fill it..
Otherwise you risk splashing water over the on switch.
Could have been slightly better at the design stage..
This one was purchased for my son as l already have one.
I love it and when mine packs up will buy another..

Had the product for a while now & I'm glad I have this kettle. Really fast boiling for a quick hot drink. Good as long as you don’t mind bits of plastic in your drink
This in theory is good idea very fast if you just want one cup of something.
Unfortunately I have found it spits out bits of small white plastic into the cup, have even tried using a tea strainer to stop the bits going into my drink
