Excellent Product was easy to install and hook up electrically. With the new LED lights it made the difference between night and day in our small toilet closet in our master bath. The old unit with Fan had one very small bulb and a plastic cover which hindered the light getting through. This unit was designed for Heat bulbs which I chose not to install since heat was not a problem allowing the light to come through even better. We also put a dimmer switch which allowed us to regulate the light. The fan is very powerful and does a great job exchanging the air.

Bottom line a quality product with flexibility to do more then just Heat and Exhaust.Read full review

Comparing with older Broan 164

Very flimsy Aluminum, compared to older steel one I had years ago. I had to reinforce the electrical box from behind, in the attic. The aluminum was so thin that it would hardly hold a screw. Probably made in China. Did get it working okay.Read full review
