Brooktown High so not worth the price.

I am going to give you a full quick rundown about this game. I purchased this game brand new.
The game is more for people that like to read alot. The sound is ok. When talking to people, they only say the first few words in their script and you have to read the rest.
At every screen it takes a sec or two to load. The graphics are ok as well. When you are in your room sometimes their are graphic glitches. For example: When you wake up in your bed : You are floating next to your bed as if your in it.
The game has an auto save feature that does not work as well as the regular save feature. It needs a few Kb to save whereas I have a 8Gb card with over 7000mb available and it states that there isn't enough memory on the card?! The game only took a few short hours to play and beat. Overall I would give this game a 4.5 out of 10.
I wouldn't pay anything over 10 bucks for this game, that's including shipping.
I hope this helps some people. If you want to try out the game I suggest purchasing this game used from Gamestop or EBgames. They allow you to make a return for a full refund on used games within 30 days if you do not like it.Read full review...

Looked fun...but....

This game really drew my attention and it looked like it'd be a blast...but you do the same thing every single "day" (day in the game) and its nothing really new. You wake up, get dressed, go to school, talk to one or two people before you have to get to class, go to class, come home and do homework so you can keep your grades up, then go to bed and do it all over again. The object of the game is to build relationships with the opposite sex enough to get someone to go on a date with you, then the date thing is not very fun. You pick a place to go, stand there talking for two minutes, then the dates over...then you have to start all over again. It's just really a waste of time.Read full review...

Brooktown High: Senior Year

This game is quite awful. I bought it expecting it to be similar to The Sims, but it is just a dating simulation game. The game is very short and repetitive. Some parts were humorous but over all the game is very shallow. The main problem I had in this game was picking the right thing to say to someone. If I was talking to an NPC I would have three vague choices of what to say. Upon picking one I found that it would be very rude to someone when I didn't want it to be. I beat this game in a few hours. If you like dating sim games and highschool stereotypes, then this is perfect for you. If you want a Sims game then stay away.Read full review...

Can't find the game in stores but found it on Ebay. Very happy.

I love this game. It is hard to find so I bought 2 copies of it so I would have a back up in the event that something happened to the first one.
I had a hard time finding this game. It is not sold in stores any longer due to the age.

Brooktown High Or The Sims?

This game reminds me of The Sims. The more you play the more items you can buy with your allowance and therefore are able to buy a dress to go to prom with your "boyfriend". The more you talk to the guy you like in the game the better your chance of going out on a date with him are. If you are between the ages of 16-21 this will be a great game..Read full review...

Brooktown High

I enjoy this game quite a bit, but I find myself wishing for more. You only get 30 minutes to socialize each week, making getting friends very limited. Plus, its very hard to keep your grades up while socializing and doing fun events. The game itself is fun and there are loads of people to interact with, but you simply don't get enough time to talk to everyone or slow down and enjoy the game - either you're talking frantically or studying frantically and thats about it.Read full review...

The game overall was fun. I enjoy it. It wasn't worth $40 because i beat the game in less than 24hrs. Your better off renting it.
