Even Nicer Than Expected
I've used butcher paper in the past, but this one is superior! I bought it to cover a table for a grazing table for a party that I was having, and now my husband wants to also use it to wrap briskets after he puts them on the grill; the paper holds the heat and moisture in to make the perfect brisket. I use this paper to wrap beef brisket to get the best bark and tenderness and juicy without burning it. This is so much better than foil as it allows the excess moisture to escape but keep enough to not dry it out.I just make a brisket with this paper and it is as good as Franklins BBQ in Ausin Texas.That is the same method that they use,too.Read full review
